Delete Your Account
Request permanent deletion of your Cadence account and data.
What gets deleted
When you request account deletion, we permanently remove:
- Your profile, check-ins, and journal entries
- ORDO routines, meal logs, and workout history
- Cadie conversation history and memories
- Health data synced to Cadence
- All stored preferences and settings
Request partial data deletion
You can request deletion of specific data categories without closing your account. Available categories include:
- Check-in history and emotional data
- ORDO routines and workout history
- Cadie conversation history and memories
- Journal entries
- Meal logs and nutrition data
- Health data synced to Cadence
Email us from the address associated with your account and specify which data you'd like removed. We'll process it within 48 hours.
Email Partial Deletion RequestDelete your entire account
In-app: Go to Account Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete Account.
Via email: Send a request from the email associated with your account. We'll process it within 48 hours.
Email Account Deletion RequestAccount deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
